Two small things make a storefront feel like yours: navigation in the order you want, and the freedom to send people wherever they need to register. Both are quick to set up.
Reorder your top navigation
Your header and footer are built from menus. To edit one, open Settings → Navigation and select the Menus tab (you'll also find it under the Pages area). Click Edit on the menu that powers your header — often the Header Menu.
Inside the editor, each link has a drag handle. Drag items up or down to set their order, and drop one onto another to nest it as a sub-item (a drop-down). When it looks right, click Save.
Edit the menu once and every place it's used — your header, your footer — updates together. The Courses, Blog, About, and Contact links are all yours to reorder, rename, or remove; nothing in the navigation is fixed.
Send enrollment to an external page
Sometimes you don't want the built-in checkout — you want learners to register on a Zoom or Teams sign-up page, or your own web form. You can point any course's enrollment button wherever you like.
Open the course, go to the Settings tab, and find Custom Registration URL under Student Access & Enrollment:
- On the URL Settings tab, paste your external link (for example, your Zoom, Teams, or form URL).
- Tick Open in new tab if you'd like it to open in a separate tab.
- On the Button Labels tab, you can set custom button text — and translate it per language. Leave it blank to use the default "Enroll" wording.
- Click Save Changes.
Once a custom URL is set, it overrides the default registration flow — the course's enroll button now sends learners straight to your external page.
This external-registration option is available for courses today. The same capability for live events is on its way; this guide will be updated when it lands.
